License

When you purchase Remark, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on up to 3 Macs you own. The license is perpetual — it does not expire.

What you get

• All current features at the time of purchase
• All future updates at no extra cost
• CLI tool included

Refund policy

If Remark doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Reverse-engineer the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer

Remark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship stable software, but we're not liable for data loss or any damages arising from use of the app. Always keep backups of your important files.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of Remark after changes constitutes acceptance.
